We are offering this used PIA Automation production line for surgical disposable masks, year of manufacture 2020. The line operated for only 2.5 years in single-shift mode and its condition can be described as “very good”. The production system is additionally equipped with a connected compressed air supply as well as a packaging and shrink-wrapping unit. The buyer will also receive raw materials for the production of approximately 300,000 surgical disposable masks.

Concept:
The line consists of a total of three units, interconnected by conveyor belts. In the first section, the individual consumables are fed via rollers, folded, the nose wire is integrated, welded, and then cut to the correct length. The finished, cut masks are transported via an indexing belt and conveyor systems to the next units, which are set up in parallel. In these, the ear loops are fed in and welded to the mask.
