An unused, still originally packaged continuous-flow pasteurizer by Pietribiasi Michelangelo Srl is available. Milk throughput: 1,500 l/h; cream throughput (max. 40% fat): 750 l/h. Inlet temperature: 6°C; pasteurization at 68°C / 74°C / 88°C; outlet temperature: 6°C. Feed/balance tank capacity: 100 l. Equipped with centrifugal pumps for product and CIP cleaning, additional section and hot water group, sturdy internal plate heat exchanger design in AISI304. Special Sondex (Denmark) heat exchanger plates in AISI316, plate surface area: 0.08 m² per plate, flow volume: 0.21 dm³ per plate. Special nitrile snap-on gaskets, glue-free; hydraulic test pressure: 8.0 bar; test temperature: 110°C. Heat recovery: 85%. Temperature profile: 6–68/74/88–6/33/45°C (4 sections). Final heating at outlet for cheese/yoghurt: 33/45°C. Media: approx. 3,000 + 3,000 l/h hot water at 92°C, approx. 3,000 l/h cooling water at 2°C. Holding tube for 15 sec. Execution in stainless steel AISI304. Product diversion system to feed tank via pneumatic changeover valve if heating temperature is approx. 2°C below setpoint. Two hot water heaters for pasteurization and final heating, closed loop, module for automatic water supply, automatic system for hot water supply, expansion vessel, pump, brazed heat exchanger. Documentation available. On-site inspection possible.
