Special Feature:

Condition Description:
Approximately six months ago, the cross roller bearing on the Carnaghi was replaced.
Siemens components in the electrical cabinet were completely renewed at the end of 2023.
Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a touch probe for tool measurement and an external Renishaw probe for workpiece measurement.
As a special feature, the machine has a probe installed on the Z-axis (Z1 axis).
This provides an advantage in accuracy and speed, as the tool does not have to be removed for measurement.
However, this probe is currently deactivated and should be overhauled before recommissioning.
Additionally, the machine is equipped with a Rotomors six-jaw lever compensating chuck with centrifugal force compensation, which was completely overhauled in 2020/21.
