Condition Description:
About half a year ago, the Carnaghi cross roller bearing was replaced.
All Siemens components in the control cabinet were completely renewed at the end of 2023.
Additionally, the machine features a probe for tool measurement and an external Renishaw probe for workpiece measurement.
As a special feature, a probe is installed on the Z-axis (Z1 axis).
This provides an accuracy and time advantage since the tool does not need to be removed for measuring.
Currently, this probe is out of operation and should be overhauled before recommissioning.
Furthermore, the machine features a Rotomors six-jaw compensating chuck with centrifugal force compensation, which was completely overhauled in 2020/21.
