This is a modern CNC plasma cutter dedicated to the industrial sector, designed for cutting sheet metal and profiles using a plasma torch. It features a robust construction made from top-quality steel and aluminum, a wide cutting range, the ability to cut components of any shape, and low process costs.

Material cutting is performed in a short time while maintaining precise detail reproduction. To achieve the desired shape, you only need to import a file into the software, making operation of this cutter easy and intuitive.

CONSTRUCTION
The plasma cutter’s frame has been designed and manufactured from scratch in our factory. High-quality steel used in the production is cut, then welded and precisely machined. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms are reinforced, ensuring high rigidity and eliminating vibrations and deformations.

DRIVES
Our plasma cutters are powered by high-resolution, high-power AC Servo motors, which deliver excellent acceleration and speed in all directions. These are highly dynamic and precise motors with feedback control, ensuring zero deviation by continuously monitoring operating parameters. The X and Y axes use proven helical racks, providing durability and precision.

TORCH
We use components from the leading manufacturer PGCNC in our plasma cutters. The technologies implemented in the torch significantly increase productivity and cutting speed. HD technology offers higher hole quality, increased piercing efficiency, and beveling capability. This guarantees high-quality, repeatable cuts and maximized productivity with minimal operating costs and maximum reliability.

SLAT TABLE
The slat table is built using heat-resistant technology, allowing for continuous operation without concerns about burn-through that could prevent proper material placement. The position of the slats can be easily adjusted according to the size of the parts being cut. The slat table is an excellent solution for cutting thicker materials.

SOFTWARE
The machine is equipped with Starfire 2D CAD/CAM software. Users benefit from functionalities such as importing ready-made designs in vector formats: .dxf, .plt, .ai, .eps. The software ensures quick and precise tool path generation.

PLASMA SOURCE
The machine’s basic configuration includes a 120A source, delivering high performance, cut quality, and speed.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
The plasma cutter is also equipped with an automatic lubrication system, minimizing the need for manual maintenance. The centralized lubrication system is a simple and functional device that supplies oil to the machine’s contact points.
