FOAM TANK (1 unit)
Frame:
- Box section
- Capacity: 5 m³
- The tank body is made of 3 mm stainless steel plate, AISI 304
- Welds are executed using appropriate stainless steel TIG welding

b) Heating
- 2-inch stainless steel tube
- The oil inlet and outlet pipes are 1 inch DN50, PN16, DIN 2633
- Tightness test performed at a pressure of 6 bar
c) Mixing System
- 3 kW, 60 rpm mixing motor
- Driven by sprocket wheels
- Tightness is ensured by seals
- Bearings are SKF or FAG
- Fixed paddles on the outer walls are mounted to increase agitation and provide a homogeneous mixture

d) Temperature indicators are both digital and analog, with two outputs provided

- Capacity of the bitumen pump is max. 8 m³/h
- Coupled to a 7.5 kW, 400 rpm geared motor
- The bitumen meter is a system with a capacity of 10 m³/h

a) Pipes
- Steel pipes according to DIN 171175 (DN200, DN150, DN100, DN80, DN65, DN25)
- The mill line is manufactured as a 1.5-inch internal tube with a 2-inch outer jacket
- Jacketed pipes are welded according to TSE standards
- Bypass pipes are manufactured at suitable points in 0.5-inch size

- DN 50, DN 80, PN 16, 200°C

c) 3-way and 2-way valves with heating
- Compliant with TSE standards
- Maintains operational conditions at high pressure (16 bar) and temperature (230°C)

d) Hot oil valves
- Hot oil valve brand KLINGER or THERMO, heat resistant
