Structure made of cast iron with stabilization treatment.
- Flywheel diameter: 1,400 mm

- Flywheels made with solid fusion discs and special reinforcement ribs to increase mechanical properties, subject to stabilization treatment
- Upper flywheel support on prismatic guides and ball circulation
- Hydraulic blade guide based on prismatic guides and ball circulation, equipped with double-acting hydraulic presser units: the blade is pushed outwards during the cutting phase for maximum stability at high-speed cutting.
During the carriage return or when the carriage is not operating, the blade automatically retracts into the rest position relative to the guides, thereby reducing pressure accordingly.
