X-ray inspection system, whose operation is based on the difference in density—i.e. on the varying degree of absorption of X-rays by foreign bodies present within the product.

It detects contaminants such as: bones, stones, ceramics, PVC, Teflon, glass, rubber, fiberglass, etc.
Also detects non-ferrous metals and non-magnetic stainless steel, even inside packages made of metallic film or aluminum foil.

Detectable:
- Contaminants (bones, stones, ceramics, PVC, Teflon, glass, rubber, fiberglass, etc.)
- Non-ferrous metals and non-magnetic stainless steel (including within metal film or aluminum foil packaging)
- Packaging defects such as deformation and cracking

- Product integrity and fill level, including in closed packaging
- Presence of specific items (e.g. toys inside chocolate eggs, needles sewn into shirts)
- Weight control and air bubble detection

Installed on a conveyor belt of 100 x 2,600 mm (length).
Maximum permissible product passage: 100 x 270 mm.
