Manual segmented swivel bending machine, 2-meter working width

The SGR model is equipped with segmented bending tools on all three rail elements: upper, lower, and bending rail. This enables sheet metal to be bent on all sides, allowing for the production of complex box shapes or workpieces with upward and downward bending flanges, for example.

A versatile, powerful, heavy, and extremely robust segmented folding machine—this is not your typical press brake; it is much stronger and more durable.

A segmented folding machine is characterized by full segmentation along the entire 2-meter working length. The upper and lower segments can be removed quickly and easily, and the bending rail is divided into segments. The bending angle ranges from 0 to 160 degrees. The clamping is operated with a foot pedal, keeping both hands free to position the sheet—opening and closing is done with your foot. The bending rail is supported by two gas pressure springs, making the operation extremely simple.

At the rear of the machine are two practical toolboxes for storing segments or tools.
