Base Frame: The base frame of the thread and profile rolling machine is constructed from welded steel profiles, partially clad with sheet metal. The front section of the base houses the compartment for the process lubricant reservoir.

Main Drive: The main drive generates the rotational motion required for gear rolling. The drive motor is flange-mounted with the Cyclo Drive gearbox on the baseplate of the roll spindle bearing assembly. The rotational motion is transmitted to the roll spindle via a Schmidt coupling.
The machine operates within a speed range of 0 to 30 rpm, subdivided into 0 to 20 rpm for continuous operation (S1) and 20 to 30 rpm for intermittent operation (S4). The spindle speed is steplessly adjustable via a frequency inverter.
