PROFIX PT-2800

The universal pneumatic table PT-2800 features an adjustable work surface, pneumatic clamping for support elements (blocks or beams), and a pneumatic lift that brings the pallet towards the operator.

It is an adjustable, semi-automatic nailing table for pallets of various sizes. Its ergonomic design allows for quick and easy adjustment of the pallet template size. Lengths can vary from 900 to 2800 mm, and the table supports widths up to a maximum of 1500 mm. Only one operator is required to produce 180–210 pallets during a single 8-hour work shift.

The operator uses multiple nail guns for different nail sizes. Each nail gun is conveniently suspended on an overhead roller track, allowing the operator to move them freely along the assembly rail system. The table’s construction ensures both efficient production and operator comfort.
