The diesel pasteurisation unit features an integrated boiler. Inside the burner, there is a tubular stainless steel heating coil. The liquid enters the tubular coil, which is surrounded by hot water. The heat from the water immediately heats the liquid and eliminates bacteria.

Maximum pasteurisation temperature: 90°C.
The juice is pumped through the inner pipe of the coil, which is designed on a tube-in-tube principle, while hot water circulates through the outer pipe.
Coil manufactured from stainless steel.
The heating coil is integrated into the boiler, saving space and preventing heat losses associated with external heat exchangers. This results in 15-20% energy savings during heating.
Easy control of water temperature via digital thermostat.
