The diesel pasteurisation unit features an integrated boiler. Inside the burner, there is a stainless steel tubular heating coil. The liquid passes through this tubular coil, which is surrounded by hot water. The water’s heat instantly warms the liquid, effectively eliminating bacteria.

- The juice is pumped through the inner tube of the coil, which is constructed according to the tube-in-tube principle, while hot water flows through the outer tube.
- The tube coil is made from stainless steel.
- The heating coil is integrated into the boiler, saving space and preventing heat loss, as would occur with an external heat exchanger. This reduces energy consumption for heating by 15–20%.
- Simple water temperature control via digital thermostat.
- Easy adjustment of the juice (filling) temperature by digital thermostat.
- The diesel pasteurisation unit is equipped with swivel castors.
- Fast and simple cleaning.
- Suitable for viscous foods and virtually maintenance-free, since there are no seals.
- Can be heated with diesel or natural gas.
