The mash present on the belt is pressed against cylinders, and the extracted juice flows into the collection trays located beneath the press. The pressing process of the belt press is continuous.

The most advanced feature of our POWERPRESS line is the pump and corresponding collection tank integrated directly into the belt press. This not only saves you the cost of a separate tank and pump, but also frees up valuable space.

The juice yield from apples with our belt press is approximately 75%.
An integrated screening system is built into the collection tray, so the juice is filtered as part of the pressing process, resulting in an even purer product.

The belt press operates automatically. When the mash hopper is full, the upstream machines feeding the belt press shut off automatically. When the collection tray is full, the juice pump transfers the juice into the tanks.

The belt press includes a high-pressure cleaner that continuously washes the belt. Our belt washing system is simple, does not require any motors or gearboxes, which extends the service life and reduces maintenance costs.

After operation, the belt press should be manually cleaned with a water jet. A complete cleaning process takes about 15–20 minutes. Cleaning is straightforward, and all parts of the belt press can be easily removed without tools.

The belt tension is adjustable.
The machine is made entirely from stainless steel and features adjustable feet.
Easy to clean with no enclosed or hard-to-reach areas; all parts are simple to assemble.
