        TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Stainless steel materials such as V2A 304ss or V4A 316ss can be used according to the preferred surface treatment. The tank side walls are insulated with 50 mm glass wool. Tanks that require heating can be equipped with coil heating or electric heating systems. Temperature control is digital and monitored. If required, an air mixing device can be integrated into the tanks. Stainless steel ball valves are used for draining the tanks.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
The system operates on the principle of surface cleaning and treatment. Generally, the material to be treated is placed in baskets, which are then lifted by crane and immersed in tanks containing chemicals and/or water, where it remains for a designated period. The objective is to remove oil films from the metal surface and to form a thin protective film, thereby making the material more receptive to painting and more resistant to external influences.
APPLICATION AREAS AND ADVANTAGES:
Industries such as automotive, household goods, lighting, and general engineering benefit from this system—especially where continuous production is not necessary, or where high, uniform quality with reduced labor input is required. It is ideal in facilities where no alternative treatment is feasible due to the shape and size of the material or where very high capacities are not needed. Chemical and temperature parameters can be monitored and controlled via optional automation.
APPLICATION:
Immersion-type surface cleaning applications vary according to sector-specific requirements and strength criteria.
The two principal applications include:
- Iron phosphate surface treatment
- Zinc phosphate surface treatment
Additionally, the system can be used solely for cleaning and degreasing purposes.
Optional equipment for the immersion tank:
* Drying oven
* 2 stainless steel baskets
DRYING OVEN:
In general, the operating principle of the drying oven, which constitutes the final stage in immersion-type surface cleaning systems, is similar to that of box ovens. However, to suit immersion-type cleaning processes, the lid components are positioned on the top of the oven, and the cleaned parts remain in the same basket for drying. In this drying system, the components are inserted into the drying oven and are ready for painting upon completion of the drying process.
