Compared to the standard F200 XL, this model features a slag removal roller for eliminating slag from plasma-cut products.

The F200 deburring machine is a finishing specialist for small workpieces. Suitable for flat ferrous/magnetic sheet metal parts between 15 and 200 mm wide. Enables high-speed deburring, slag removal, grinding, and edge rounding.

This deburring machine features a slag removal roller (“slag hammer”) as the first station. The second station is a grinding belt, followed by two stationary disc brushes—one rotating clockwise (CW), the other counterclockwise (CCW).

Compared to other deburring machines, the F200 DS offers significantly higher processing speed and can achieve a greater degree of edge rounding simultaneously.

The machine comes standard with infinitely adjustable speeds for the conveyor belt and for the grinding and/or brush heads, allowing every imaginable operation and finishing result to be achieved. You determine the desired finish. User-friendly operation via the HMI touchscreen on the front panel.

The magnetic system securely fixes the workpieces on the conveyor belt, allowing even small parts (from 15 x 15 mm) to be processed safely, quickly, and without issues. At Q-Fin, we are convinced that a narrow machine is more suitable for small workpieces, while a wider machine is optimal for larger parts.
