The F200 XL is a 3-station machine, equipped as standard with the Q-Fin-designed brush height tracking system. Combined with the intuitive push-button control panel, this ensures that the setup and operation of the F200 XL are self-explanatory, making it one of the most user-friendly machines available on the market. The machine comes standard with infinitely variable speed adjustment for both the conveyor and the brush(es) and/or grinding head(s), enabling all possible operations and finishes to be achieved. You determine the desired finish yourself.

The F200 XL can be equipped with either a vacuum system (for non-ferrous metals, e.g., stainless steel and aluminum) or a magnetic system (for ferrous metals), depending on your needs. These systems ensure effective fixation of the products on the conveyor table, allowing even small workpieces (starting from 10 x 10 mm with the magnetic system) to be processed safely, efficiently, and swiftly. At Q-Fin, we are fully convinced of the advantages of a narrow machine for small workpieces and a wider machine for larger workpieces. In many cases, the throughput speed of this machine is up to five times higher than comparable machines.
