Remarks:
The machine has been overhauled, with the machine body completely refurbished. The following wear parts have been replaced/renewed:
- New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made from cast, wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals replaced
- Coolant system incl. coolant/lubricant swivel system replaced
- New dual-speed SEW gearmotor
- New electrics (Siemens)
- New safety door instead of light barrier
- New clamping jaws
- All sheet metal parts, such as covers, chip chute, basket, sieve, and spindle guard, are new
- Stainless steel operator panel with permanent marking
- Machine repainted with 2-component structural paint
The machine carries the manufacturer’s CE marking.

General:
The double-spindle drive ensures smooth operation with a central pulling point and consistent broaching speed. The machine is primarily designed for producing keyway slots up to 18 mm (from 16 mm slot width only with stepped tool shanks). Due to its design, the machine enables quick and easy setup for broaching with flat broaching tools for keyways. The universally constructed pull bridge and machine table make it possible to use both profile and flat broaching tools without additional pull heads.
