Continuous-wave fiber laser with 750 watts as a stand-alone system or for integration into machines and production lines.

This water-cooled laser, due to its high output power, is particularly suitable for applications requiring substantial heat input to the workpiece, such as welding metals or plastics, cutting, material removal, or structuring. By optionally using a 2D galvanometer scanner, the laser beam can also be software-controlled and precisely guided over the workpiece. The laser can be modulated both digitally and analogously (for power control) and can be monitored and controlled via control software.

The images show a setup with a galvo scanner. Optionally, the system can also be equipped with a welding head or a cutting head. By installing side panels and a front door with a laser safety window (all components included), laser class 1 can also be achieved. The working area is height-adjustable via an electrically controlled Z-axis.

The laser system is prepared for integration into a higher-level system, but can also be used as a stand-alone solution. For integration, interfaces for interlock, emergency stop, external laser control, etc. are available. Individual components of the system can also be integrated into a customer’s installation as required. We are happy to support customers with consultation and based on their specifications.
