The REA JET HR printer is the most innovative high-resolution marking system for industrial applications. It utilizes technology used in millions of office printers—Thermal-Ink-Jet (TIJ).

This is the first truly maintenance-free printing system for your company. The printer requires no filters, no servicing, is virtually maintenance-free, and uses only ink. Operating and maintenance costs are significantly lower compared to conventional Ink Jet printers.

Cartridge-based REA JET HR printer
2D DataMatrix ECC200, Databar, QR Code printing

Capable of on-line printing of barcodes, 2D codes (Data Matrix), and GS1 codes. Supports barcode formats including EAN 8, EAN 13, EAN 128, Code 128, ITF 14, UPC-E, UPC-A, Code39, 2-of-5, GS1-128. Supports 2D symbologies such as DataMatrix ECC200, GS1 DataBar Expanded, GS1 DataBar Expanded Stacked, and QR Codes.

Controller
The controller is the central unit of the REA JET HR printer. High-quality manufacture, robust stainless steel housing, IP65 protection level.

The controller provides:
- Connection to REA JET HR printheads
- Acts as the central unit
- Communication interfaces: USB, RS232, Ethernet
- Operations, configuration, and data transfer from existing systems
- Ink level indication and monitoring of key printing parameters

Marking Head
Smart printhead with memory. The intelligently designed head offers measurable benefits:
- Compact design, only 176 mm length
- Easy and convenient cascading of printheads
- Reliable cartridge change thanks to a locking lever (automatic power off)
- Integrated product sensor
- Excellent mounting options for the printhead
- Can be mounted on a dedicated parallelogram bracket that presses the printhead to the product
- Load and transmit information to the controller (ink level and print parameters)

Cartridge
REA JET offers more than 100 types of HP-TIJ ink cartridges. Key features:
- Microchip is integrated into every cartridge
- The chip delivers many critical benefits—not only monitoring ink levels and print parameters, but also improving everyday usability, operational reliability, and consistent high print quality.
- When a cartridge is changed (e.g., for a new product type), most information is stored and automatically recalled when the same cartridge is reused. This includes remaining print capacity data, minimizing ink waste.
