CNC-Controlled Gear Grinding Machine
The Siemens CNC control allows direct input of all relevant gear data and the setup of the workpiece via interactive dialog with the control system. Programming language switchable (German/English), with DNC interface for data import and export.

The machine operates with a continuous generating grinding process, featuring automatic grinding cycles and on-machine, automatic profile dressing of the grinding wheel.

The workpiece swivel angle is positioned electronically for fast, precise adjustment and hydraulically clamped, which enables quicker setup times and easier part loading.

Thanks to the shift-grinding feature, the workpiece is moved tangentially past the grinding wheel during machining, ensuring a consistently uniform grinding wheel profile is always engaged.

Hydraulic workpiece clamping with external collet chuck and tailstock in the workpiece slide, fully enclosed working area with sliding doors, separate control cabinet and separate hydraulic unit within its own enclosure.

No coolant system is included (central supply connection available).
A Hoffmann HSF 150 SE/K coolant system (year 2007) with suction-belt filter, Siemens control, 2800 l tank, flow rate 100 l/min, 46 kW, weight 4.5 t, dimensions 3.7 x 2.5 x 3.56 m can be purchased separately.
