UDSA Gas Warm Air Heater – Efficient Even at Peak Loads

The best-known unit from REZNOR is the UDSA gas warm air heater, which ensures uniform air distribution in industrial halls. This easy-to-install recirculation unit is available in 14 performance classes ranging from 7 to 97 kW and consists of a heat exchanger, gas burner, and an exhaust fan. The combustion air can be supplied either from outdoors (as standard) or from the building space.

The UDSA warm air heater from REZNOR provides uniform air distribution throughout the heated hall. Its patented heat exchanger sets new benchmarks in airflow management and heat transfer, ensuring an efficiency of over 92%.

These units are directly heated gas warm air heaters (WLE) with fan-supported atmospheric multi-gas burners.
Installation and connection to gas and exhaust systems must be carried out only by authorized installation companies.

The gas warm air heaters (WLE) are suitable for:

- Recirculation mode
- Inlet air temperatures below 5°C with stainless steel heat exchanger *
- Single or two-stage heating operation* controlled via room thermostat and control switch
