Factory calibration certificate with DAkkS-calibrated measuring devices. Calibration for both tensile and compression modes in 10 steps.

The H3000TM series universal testing machine is a single-spindle machine with a robust aluminum and stainless-steel (V2A) frame equipped with recirculating ball screws, linear ball bearings, and belt drive. The bellows cover protects spindle and guides. The testing machine is microprocessor-controlled and equipped with a membrane keypad. The two-line LCD display shows force and travel values. The machine can be operated as a standalone unit or connected to a PC via USB interface.

Travel is measured by an encoder with 0.01 mm visible resolution on the LCD (internal 0.0001 mm). The machine comes with a standard load cell: 0.03% linearity and corresponding calibration. An optional second channel allows for an additional load cell or displacement transducer.

The universal testing machine is available with two different travel distances: 500 mm or 1200 mm (with load cell, without test fixtures).

One load cell of your choice (50N, 100N, 200N, 500N, 1000N, 2000N or 3000N), certificate, 220V power cable, USB cable, user manual, and CE declaration of conformity.
