The semi-automatic capping machine RLC1 is suitable for packaging glass bottles with 26 or 29 mm crown caps. The capping unit can be used with crown caps of 26 or 29 mm diameter. If both diameters are required, an additional capping unit will be supplied. The capping head is made of hardened steel, ensuring long-lasting wear resistance.

The cap chute guides the crown caps into the correct position. The specific shape of the chute is custom-built for 304 stainless steel crown caps. The chute holds a small number of crown caps that can be manually fed.

The capping unit picks the crown caps from the chute and inserts them into the capping cone.

In accordance with EC standards, the capping process is initiated by pressing two buttons simultaneously. After positioning the bottle onto the holder, the capping operation starts: the capping unit lowers onto the bottle, seals the crown cap, and automatically returns to its starting position.
