We are offering for sale a Robot Coupe Blixer 23 A, 23 L, as shown in the photos, complete with the necessary accessories and in excellent condition. This machine offers you two functions in one: The Blixer combines the features of two well-known types of machines – a cutter and an emulsifier/mixer – in a single unit. It allows for the blending of all types of raw and cooked foods into liquid, semi-liquid, or puréed end products.

Efficient: With its large liquid capacity and a lid equipped with a scraper and sealing ring, this device enables the preparation of blended foods of all kinds, including enteral feeding diets.
Reliable: Patented, specially designed blade profile ensures optimal cutting quality. Consistent, uniform results are guaranteed, even when processing small amounts.
Thanks to its high portion output (20–75), the Blixer 23 is perfectly suited for use in hospitals, nursing homes, kindergartens, and, of course, restaurants. Maximum processing capacities: 4–15 kg.

The control panel features a digital timer adjustable from 0 to 15 minutes, and a removable 23-liter tilting bowl made of stainless steel. An extra-low, fully stainless steel blade with 2 detachable, height-adjustable serrated edges is included.
The unit has undergone a thorough inspection in our workshop and is fully operational.
A VAT invoice will be provided.
