Automatic car wash systems are a solution designed to help you reduce costs, improve quality, and increase the efficiency of surface preparation processes.

The automatic car wash station is equipped with a set of spray pumps. It is engineered to minimize fluid carryover between sequential process steps, reducing expenses and enhancing wash quality. This is particularly important because any apparent savings made by using systems without such solutions can result in significantly higher future costs due to increased chemical usage and waste disposal, as well as challenges in maintaining required bath parameters.

Our research and development efforts have enabled us to develop a car wash system with an optional parts drying feature, utilizing hot air blown by a series of fans post-wash.

The car wash station is fitted with an advanced macro-programming system, allowing users to create custom wash programs—up to 10 steps per tank—tailored to your process requirements. Program steps can be repeated or rearranged as needed.

Each tank is represented by its own unique symbol and name for intuitive operation by the user.

Optionally, tanks can be equipped with automated bath replenishment systems, which can refill liquid either after each process stage or at the end of the cycle.
