Use of a photoelectric sensor
The use of a photoelectric sensor in the workpiece area enables you to measure the length of the workpiece and, consequently, gives you the ability to activate the spray guns when the object is within range, and to immediately switch off the guns once the workpiece has been completed. The photoelectric sensor is included as standard equipment.
Identification of parts using special tags
A plate with identification holes is placed over the hanger. Based on this, the PLC controller, in conjunction with the photoelectric sensor, recognizes the painted part, switches the guns on and off at the correct time, and thus reduces energy and powder consumption.
Vertical detection of workpiece details
By using light barriers with horizontal sensors, the PLC can analyze the vertical shape of the workpiece. The PLC calculates the moment when the detail should appear in the gun zone, enabling the selective activation or deactivation of the guns.
Use of light barriers with multiple sensors both horizontally and vertically
This solution allows precise measurement of the workpiece dimensions, enabling adjustment of the manipulators as well.
