The lock features an adjustable pressure against the door. To close, just push— the lock will catch and automatically retract the door. To minimize heat loss in the workshop when the door is open, a hood above the door redirects some of the warm air. The MTS system has been developed to accurately read the true chamber temperature. Standard measurements, often based on a single temperature sensor, can be inaccurate. MTS is a multi-sensor system positioned at the most remote points in the chamber. The multi-zone heating system ensures a previously unmatched firing quality.

Cross-transfer units are engineered and built to meet the demands of specific installations. Photoelectric cell application The use of a photoelectric cell in the detail zone allows for measurement of the part’s length, enabling the automatic activation of spray guns when the part is within range and their immediate deactivation after coating. The photoelectric cell is supplied as standard equipment. Detailed recognition using special markers. Above the carrier there are plates with identification holes. In conjunction with the photoelectric cell, the PLC controller identifies coated workpieces, turning the spray guns on and off at the correct times—saving both energy and powder. Vertical shape detection. By using light barriers with horizontal sensors, the PLC controller can also analyze the vertical shape of a component. The PLC controller times the appearance of the part in the gun zone, allowing for selective activation or deactivation of spray guns. With multi-sensor horizontal and vertical light barriers, This solution enables precise measurement of workpiece dimensions, allowing for the control of manipulators as well.
