Memory for 20 programs with 10 events each
It is possible to store up to 20 programs and activate up to 10 sequential time-temperature events arranged along the heating curve. This feature is particularly required for more demanding processes.

Gas/Oil Consumption Data
Consumption is calculated based on burner settings. This function enables you to estimate the operating costs of a specific cycle, plan resource usage, and monitor personnel efficiency.

Dual-Channel Recorder With USB Cycle Parameters
Each furnace is equipped with a recorder that logs all firing parameters, including two temperature channels—similar to an aircraft black box—onto a USB stick.

The system also supports analysis of daily/monthly reports, including media consumption and performance metrics. Every heating cycle that initiates with door opening is documented as a new event. Such a dedicated option is not available from any other manufacturer. This system was custom-developed from scratch by our programmers.

Automatic Smoke Extraction Flue
The chimney can be programmed to open a few minutes before the firing process ends to aerate the chamber, which is particularly important for more demanding processes. The extraction process can be remotely controlled via the control panel and does not require manual mechanical operation like with most constructions.

Minute-by-Minute Completion Forecast
After the cycle has started, how long until it finishes? By calculating the heating dynamics, the system continuously updates and displays the remaining time until completion.

Easy Door Operation
To open, simply pull the door. The lock features an adjustable pressure against the door. To close, just push— the lock will catch and automatically retract the door.

To minimize heat loss in the workshop when the door is open, a hood above the door redirects some of the warm air. The MTS system has been developed to accurately read the true chamber temperature. Standard measurements, often based on a single temperature sensor, can be inaccurate.
