This dividing head is especially suitable as a 4th axis on engraving and milling machines for milling, engraving, laser processing, drilling, keyway cutting, or for use on tool or surface grinding machines. Square, hexagonal, gear milling of any division, or 3D machining are all possible.

Extremely precise and accurate – worm gear specifically engineered by us (not standard) with an ultra-fine 100:1 reduction ratio.

Output torque well over 70 Nm. Maximum clamping diameter is 250 mm.
Center height: 125 mm.

The drive is provided by a controlled stepper motor with 200 steps, 7.5 A, and a holding torque of 9.7 Nm.
Adjustable indexing accuracy at the output shaft: 0.00028125 degrees at 1/64 step programming.

The worm set is quadruple ball-bearing mounted and adjusted backlash-free; further, it is adjustable. The bearings are supplied by FAG/SKF.

The solid one-piece drive spindle is fitted with a faceplate Ø 200 mm with internal taper MK 3 and a through-hole of 20.3 mm. Weight: 26 kg.

Key flats, difficult scale divisions, cross holes or gears can be produced quickly.

The electronic control unit is a handy module with 14 positioning programs and 2 reference point runs, step monitoring and power supply included. The controller housing is metal.

Optimized pre-programmed positioning division options at 360, 180, 120, 90, 72, 60, 45, 30, 10, 5, 1, 0.02, and 0 degree increments.

Repeat cycles, right/left rotation, and cycle pauses are all freely programmable.

With the software, you can program travel sequences and cycles, set absolute or incremental positions. Actual values can be conveniently displayed in the software at any time. A dedicated output allows exclusive reception of start impulses from NC machines. Even complex scale divisions, cross holes, or gear manufacture can be done quickly.

Standard clamping devices are available for your applications, and we can also provide cost-effective customized fixtures at short notice. Solutions for special rotary tables are also available on request.
