Compact heavy-duty precision CNC rotary indexing table (dividing head) with controller. Suitable for single-part or small-batch production in mechanical engineering. Can be used in either a horizontal or vertical setup.

The dividing head is particularly suited as a 4th axis on engraving and milling machines for milling, engraving, laser processing, drilling, slotting, or for use on tool or surface grinding machines. Square, hexagon, and gear machining of any division, as well as 3D machining, are possible.

Extremely precise and accurate – the worm gear features a high reduction ratio of 100:1, specially designed by us and not a standard version.

Output torque well over 70 Nm. The maximum clamping diameter is 250 mm.
Center height: 125 mm.

The drive is operated via a controlled stepper motor with 200 steps, 7.5 A, and a holding torque of 9.7 Nm.
Selectable division accuracy at the output: 0.00028125 degrees when using 1/64 step programming.

The worm pair is quadruple ball bearing mounted, backlash-free set, and also adjustable. Bearings by FAG/SKF.

The one-piece, robust output spindle is equipped with a faceplate d=200 mm, internal taper MK 3, and a through-hole of 20.3 mm. Weight: 26 kg.

The electronic controller is a compact module with 14 pre-set programs and 2 reference point runs, as well as step monitoring with a power supply, included as a package. Toolbox module is metal.

Optimized pre-programming available in 360, 180, 120, 90, 72, 60, 45, 30, 10, 5, 1, 0.02, and 0 degree incremental indexing steps.

Repeat cycles, clockwise/counterclockwise rotation, and pause cycles are fully programmable.

With the software, you can program movement sequences and cycles, enter absolute or incremental travel values. The actual value can be easily displayed at any time in the software. One output allows you to receive only start impulses from an NC machine. Key flats, complex graduations, cross-holes, or gears can be produced in no time.

Standard clamping devices are available for your applications, and we can quickly and cost-effectively provide custom clamping fixtures. Solutions for special rotary tables are also available upon request.
