One heavy-duty RSA cutting unit, model NC2001, with:

- Bundle loader, approx. 600 x 600 mm, usable length approx. 6,200 mm, and maximum bundle weight 3,000 kg
- Double feed rollers
- Heavy-duty cutting motor and gearbox, with 5.5 kW motor; cutting motor speed 30–250 rpm
- CNC vertical movement for precision cutting (new version, WITHOUT hydraulic system)
- Hydraulic clamping unit adjustment
- 1 fully automatic adjustable length control with CNC stop

One RASAPLAN 1000 deburring unit with:
- Automatic length adjustment according to cut length
- Synchronized chain transport
- Integrated dust extraction unit

Electrical:
- Programme for short lengths
- Special program module for calculating rotary discharge
- Siemens OP 17 operator panel
- Combined mist and spray cooling
- Servo axes
