This fully operational, assembled, walk-in JUMBO blasting cabin offers a comprehensive solution for efficient blasting operations. Equipped with 2 LED blast chamber lights, it ensures optimal illumination of the work area. The double-winged door allows easy access and handling of larger workpieces, while the blast-resistant rubber lining on the walls protects the interior from wear and extends the cabin’s service life.

For air filtration and dust reduction, the cabin is fitted with a powerful cartridge filter and an impact separator, ensuring a clean working environment. The flat conveyor system in the floor with grating cover provides automatic recovery of the blasting media, and the electrically powered drive unit for the conveyor system guarantees smooth operation.

Additionally, the cabin is equipped with a bucket elevator and a high-performance media reclaimer to efficiently process and reuse the blasting media. The pressure blast vessel with a capacity of 38 liters offers sufficient volume for extended work cycles. The scope of delivery also includes a 10-metre blasting hose and a durable boron carbide nozzle, ensuring optimal blasting results.
