Pressure blasting and injector blasting combined in one blast cabinet. One blasting unit for all applications!

The "T-Rex 140 Double Power" pressure/injector blast cabinet can be operated either in pressure-blasting or injector-blasting mode. This allows even the most demanding blasting jobs to be performed. The integrated injector blasting mode is suitable for lighter blasting tasks and saves costly compressed air. Selection of the blasting method (pressure or injector) is simple and is made via a selector switch at the base of the cabinet.

This compact, combined pressure/injector blast cabinet comes with an integrated cartridge filter extraction system. Thanks to the fixed filter unit, the sandblasting cabinet requires minimal floor space and can be easily relocated using a pallet jack or forklift.

The compact design makes the blast cabinet immediately ready for use—simply connect to compressed air and power, and fill with abrasive.

The integrated cartridge filter extraction system ensures optimal visibility inside the blasting chamber. At the same time, it provides effective media cleaning, allowing the blasting media to be reused as often as possible. The use of modern fan technology ensures extremely low power consumption (0.75 kW), making the injector blast cabinet exceptionally economical.

Our high-performance injector blast nozzle (fresh air blast head) achieves a strong vacuum and thus high blasting efficiency, enabling fast and cost-effective operation with the vacuum blast cabinet. The blasting nozzle is made of boron carbide for extremely long service life, even when using corundum blasting media. The pressure blast head also comes with a boron carbide nozzle for maximum durability.

To illuminate the blasting chamber, a modern, energy-efficient LED lamp, protected from dust, is mounted on the roof of the cabinet. This ensures optimal lighting of the blasting area, allowing for fast, fatigue-free, and efficient work.

Our sandblasting cabinets are constructed from robust sheet steel, providing a highly durable work grid.

All SAPI blasting cabinets comply with current safety standards and are equipped with a door safety switch, which immediately stops the blasting process if the cabinet is opened during operation.

A wide range of blasting media can be used: metallic abrasives, steel shot, steel grit, chilled iron, stainless steel media, corundum, glass beads, plastic granulate, plant-based granulates, etc.
