• Dialog-controlled GEIBEL & HOTZ automatic grinding cycle control type SL for 3 axes. Graphical supported input of data in absolute values or via teach-in method into preprogrammed grinding and dressing cycles. SIEMENS LCD display with softkeys for setting all parameters and clear monitoring of axis movements and job progress.
• Electronic handwheel for 3 axes X, Y, Z, feed rate switchable 0.01 / 0.1 / 1 mm/rev.
• Table movement via roller ring screw drive (GT), allowing both very high and very low table speeds with constant torque and high efficiency.
• Cross and vertical movements via ball screw drive with incremental glass scale.
• Single-point diamond dresser mounted on table. (Machine was previously equipped with electric straight dressing device EGA 100, which is no longer present.)
• MPM fully automatic balancing device AB 100 (flange-mounted sensor currently missing).
• Mounted, fine-pole electromagnetic chuck 2,000 x 600 mm with adjustable holding force.
• Wet grinding device with universal paper band filter system UPF 100 with magnetic separator.
• Full enclosure of working area with electrically monitored sliding doors.
