Used SCHENK plate filter, equipped with 9 plates in 400 × 400 mm format, designed for filtering wine, juice, must, and food-grade liquids.
This compact model is particularly suited for small and medium-scale production, filtration trials, or occasional clarification tasks.
Its robust construction, combined with a mechanical screw clamping system, ensures excellent operational stability and straightforward daily use.
The filter accommodates standard 400×400 filter sheets, which are readily available on the market.
