- Automatically adjustable profile guides for various support contours in the profiles
- Machining station designed as a G-module with 3 servo axes including clamping elements, integrated in the control system. The station is equipped with high-frequency electric motors for the following operations on PVC profiles:
o Drainage and ventilation slots – drilling in frames, sashes, mullions, transoms, and glazing bars
o Lock case milling in window sashes, main entrance and side entrance door leaves
o Marking bores for internally screwed mullions, transoms, and connectors
o PZ and handle cut-out milling on HAT sashes
o Drilling for escutcheon mounting
o Hinge pin bores 2x6mm / 3x2.5mm
- Complete VU saw cut with double saw unit 2x45° for simultaneous cutting of head and end pieces as well as step cuts for weldable transoms. Saw feed with servo axis via linear servo motor, and height adjustment via servo axis with ball screw spindle.
- Gasket holder above the VU saw
- Conveyor belt for removal of PVC waste from the VU saw area
- Complete saw unit in standard version with one saw aggregate for end and cross cuts, infinitely NC-controlled swivel drive, swivel range +45° to -45° for saw blade diameter 550mm, saw motor power 2.5kW
- Horizontal circulation buffer for cycle-independent transport of profiles from the BAZ to the steel insertion station as well as screwing station and to the SBZ
- Steel insertion station for manual inserting of steel reinforcements with 12 insertion slots.
The 1st and 2nd steel insertion slots are equipped with clamps to secure PVC profiles during manual reinforcement.

Eight steel positions are displayed
- Screwing station for the horizontal circulation buffer, processing from above and below, with frequency-controlled electric screwdriver unit for screwing steel reinforcement into frame, sash, and mullion-transom profiles. Designed for self-tapping screw 3.9x16mm, including feed unit with NC-positioned gripper driven by a high-dynamic linear servo motor.
- Additional screwing station with automatic screw feed
- Drilling station as steel module, with 2 servo axes for drilling stroke and horizontal adjustment
- Automatic label printer with dispensing unit. The labels are manually affixed to the profiles
