The Schlatter MG900 is a high-performance, fully refurbished resistance welding system, specifically designed for the production of wire mesh panels. With a working width of up to 1250 mm and a length of 3000 mm, the machine processes wire diameters up to 12 mm. The system has been extensively modernized to ensure maximum efficiency and flexibility in production.

1. Main Machine Components:

Longitudinal Wire Feed (LV)
- Converted to a high-precision servo axis.
- Hopper magazines for longitudinal wires up to 3000 mm.

MG12.4 Mesh Welding Machine
- Equipped with 3 transformers (expandable if required)
- Four (4) Schlatter welding presses, 5kN each
- Expandable up to 12 welding presses and 6 transformers in final expansion stage

Cross Wire Feeder (QFD34)
- Enables double wire insertion for two different longitudinal wires
- Note: Second insertion level shown in photos is not yet installed.

Mesh Extraction (MVL)
- Driven by an MS2N servo motor with CtrlX from Bosch Rexroth
- Equipped with three Schlatter mesh grippers (expandable on request)

Mesh Stacker (MS)
- Automatic stacking of mesh panels (travel distance 3100mm)

Control and Power Cabinet
- Siemens S7 TIA machine control
- Rexroth ControlX components for high-dynamic motion control
