Complete Scholz OHT System with Quick-Release Closure

The system consists of:
- the OHT autoclave with quick-release closure
- the preheater mounted above
- condensers 1 and 2
- the heat exchanger
- the transfer pump

- the control cabinet
- the interconnecting piping with fittings

The pressure vessel consists of a pressure- and vacuum-resistant shell with connection nozzles and sockets. Rails made of L-sections are installed in the base area of the vessel to allow loading with transfer trolleys. A suction profile is integrated into the vessel base. This prevents coarse debris from entering the preheater.

The OHT autoclave system is equipped with a SCHOLZ quick-release closure for easy loading. The quick-release mechanism is operated as follows:
- Safety device, manual
- Lid rotation device, hydraulic
- Door hinge, hydraulic

The technical data sheets for the individual components are attached.
The system is not in operation and can therefore be inspected thoroughly and at your leisure.
