The STWC-600 is a fully professional, industrial dry breading machine designed for automatic and continuous coating of food products with dry breading media. This machine is a key component of convenience food production lines, working directly with forming machines and liquid breaders (applying batter or tempura). It is an ideal solution for the production of nuggets, cutlets, fish fingers, chicken wings, as well as vegetable and formed snacks.

Key features and working principle:
- Full 360° Coating System: The machine applies breading evenly on all sides of the product. The bottom side is coated as the product moves over the 'breading bed' on the belt, while the upper and side sections receive an even curtain of dry media from the integrated curtain system.

- Breading Recirculation and Savings System: The machine includes a built-in internal transport system (such as a screw or vertical conveyor) that collects excess unused breading from the bottom tray and recycles it back to the upper hopper, operating in a closed loop.

- Excess Breading Removal System: Equipped with adjustable air blow-off or vibration system, it effectively removes loose, excess breadcrumbs or flour from the product before entering the fryer, preventing oil burning and improving product appearance.
