Vacumats are mobile dust extractors capable of removing large volumes of dust and chips in a compact space. These clean air extraction units (negative pressure type) are designed for indoor use and can function as extraction systems for single or multiple machines, supporting air volumes up to 10,000 m³/h. Manufactured in accordance with the latest EU standard EN 16770, they are particularly suitable for woodworking operations where heightened safety requirements apply due to the risk of dust explosions. They are suitable for materials in Dust Explosion Class St1.

Filter cleaning for the Vacomat XPe is performed entirely electro-mechanically via an efficient vibratory motor, which automatically activates once all connected machines are switched off. Machine integration is managed with potential-free contacts that monitor the woodworking equipment. Motor-driven filter cleaning is included in the delivery scope. Delivery is without coils.
