- The mobile dust extractor Vacomat 140/160 XPe is our smallest model and is ideal for single-machine extraction. Air volumes of up to 1,593 m³/h can be conveyed by this extraction system using negative pressure, for example, for dust extraction from panel saws, jointers, or thickness planers.
- In the standard version, extraction is started manually at the push of a button. Optionally, an automatic start of the fan can be installed, which activates when the connected processing machine is switched on so that extraction is not forgotten or unnecessarily operated in idle mode.
- The dust and chip mixture is discharged into a dust-tight chip collection container (240 l) with an inserted plastic bag. A vacuum channel securely holds the plastic bag in the collection container. Inspection windows allow for easy monitoring of the fill level.
- The mobile dust extractor Vacomat 140/160 XPe independently monitors its extraction performance using a differential pressure gauge and ensures the highest operational safety.

Filter Cleaning

- In the Vacomat 140/160 XPe, an integrated control cabinet provides electro-mechanical cleaning of the filter hoses via a shaking motor. The control is activated by querying the woodworking machine via potential-free contacts. As soon as all connected machines are switched off, the motorized filter shaking starts automatically. No compressed air connection or compressor is required for this regeneration mechanism. This leads to a significant reduction in noise levels during cleaning.
- Optionally, and especially recommended for very high dust load and fine dust, an efficient pulse-jet cleaning system (XPe-D) is available (NOTE: unit height + 100 mm and length + 280 mm). The cleaning via the compressed air tank is performed offline, after extraction operations.

SCHUKOCONE FILTER

- The Vacomat 140/160 XPe mobile dust extractor comes standard with patented SchukoCone® filter hoses.
- SchukoCone® filters combine an externally loaded filter hose with an internally loaded cone. This innovative filter design offers approximately 60% more filter area with a smaller required footprint.
- Especially with fine dusts, where a large filter area and low surface loading are required, the SchukoCone® filter hoses demonstrate their full potential.
- Lower filter surface loading increases filter service life. Lower filter resistance means less fan power and thus lower energy consumption.

ASSEMBLY & SCOPE OF DELIVERY

- The Vacomat 140/160 XPe dust extractors are delivered pre-assembled and ready to plug in (three-phase, 16 A, with 6.0 m cable) on a disposable pallet (included). A chip collection bag (size V) is also included.
- The Vacomat 140/160 XPe must be electrically connected to the machine to be extracted so that automatic filter cleaning is triggered once the processing machine is switched off. An electrical specialist can assist here. The supplied control cabinet with integrated phase inverter is prepared for potential-free contacts and three current transformer coils (coils are not included).
