Schuko Vacomat 300 XP

The Vacomat 300 XP large dust extractor is the ideal dust extraction unit for multi-machine extraction. Air volumes of up to 6,000 m³/h can be handled by this clean air extraction system, making it particularly suitable for CNC processing or wide belt sanding machines.

To ensure the powerful extraction is not forgotten or run idle, the Vacomat 300 XP comes standard with an automatic control system. When a connected machine is switched on, the extractor’s fan starts automatically, so extraction begins immediately.

Our Vacomat 300 XP is built in a modular design. By default, the dust and chip mixture is discharged into four dust-tight chip collection bins (4 x 120 l) with robust plastic liner bags. A vacuum channel securely holds the plastic bags in the collection bins. Inspection windows facilitate monitoring of their fill levels.

Additionally, discharge via chip bins, ATEX rotary valves, and screw conveyors for disposal into a briquetting press, Big Bags, a container, or chip bunker is possible.

The filter bags are cleaned automatically after all connected processing machines are switched off. Our patented filter shaking system ensures pneumatic/mechanical cleaning of the filter bags. Connecting to compressed air, dust and chips are gently dislodged from the filter bags through a "shaking" process that protects the filter material.

Optionally, and particularly recommended for very high or extremely fine dust content, an efficient pulse jet cleaning system is available (NOTE: In this case, overall height +100 mm and length +350 mm). The cleaning process via the compressed air tank takes place offline after the extraction operation.
