Heating Platens:
Electrically heated aluminium sandwich platens by ELKOM - Germany
Continuously adjustable up to max. 120°C, optionally up to 150°C
Thermal insulation to the press frame.
The heating platens are mounted to the press with special brackets to accommodate thermal expansion.

Hydraulics:
Compact, frame-integrated hydraulic pump by HAWE (Germany).
2-stage design for closing and pressure build-up phase.

Press Frame:
The press frame is a heavy, torsion-resistant, stress-relieved welded steel construction.
GS series presses can be loaded from all four sides.
Press tables are welded from HEA profiles.
Precision machining of assemblies performed on state-of-the-art CNC machines.
Uniform and precise table movement is ensured by racks and self-lubricating slide guides in two corners of the press frame.

Side-mounted control panel with SIEMENS 7” colour touchscreen.
SCM's proprietary software ensures simple, intuitive operation.
