Workpiece positioning and drive of working unit
A CNC-controlled suction cup clamps and positions the workpiece sequentially under the working unit during machining. Movement along X and Y axes occurs on THK linear guides with transmission via reinforced toothed belts. Movement along Z axis is pneumatic on ball-bushing guides, with adjustable stopper positioning. Positioning of the working units is via DC motor technology and drives.

The control system was specially developed for use in drilling and milling machines.
