The machine base is a monolithic construction made from thick-walled steel, reinforced throughout the machine bed with welded-in triangular plates for exceptional stability. The triangular design, particularly with a broad base for load-bearing components, is key to ensuring long-term precision and rigidity. The machine layout allows users optimal workflow with minimal space requirements. This chassis design provides the machining unit with a balanced and secure foundation, enabling outstanding load distribution.
The mobile aggregate carrier is constructed as a solid monoblock. It is positioned along the X-axis on precision-ground prism guides using recirculating ball carriages. The working unit, mounted on it, also travels on prism guides and recirculating ball carriages for robust performance.

Work table:

Axis movement:
