The SEALPAC 800 is a fully automatic, industrial tray sealing line designed for continuous operation in meat, poultry, fish processing plants as well as ready meal production. The unit precisely forms a vacuum and applies a protective gas mixture (MAP / gas flushing technology), which significantly extends the freshness and shelf life of packaged food products.

Thanks to its impressive frame length (8.5 m), the machine offers a long and convenient loading area for personnel or automated dosing equipment. The unit features modern microprocessor controls, low noise emission (approx. 73 dB), and a full stainless steel construction to IP 65 protection rating, allowing for aggressive chemical and pressure washing after production. The included Swiss Busch vacuum pump with a capacity of 250 m³/h ensures rapid and stable achievement of deep vacuum in the sealing chamber.
