SEMIX Compact-type concrete batching plants are designed for limited space conditions and simplified overseas transport.

The SEMIX Compact 30 fits into a single container and can be completely assembled within 3 days.

The SEMIX Compact 30 is equipped with concrete mixers with a capacity of 750/500 liters, which can be configured either as single-shaft or planetary mixers. Depending on the silica content of the concrete mix, SEMIX concrete mixers employ NiHard4 or Hardox 450 wear parts.

All SEMIX aggregate storage bins are trapezoidal in shape for enhanced stability. The robust steel construction ensures long service life. Aggregates are weighed in the weighing conveyor, which then transfers the material to the discharge mechanism.

SEMIX Compact concrete batching plants offer a variety of aggregate transfer mechanisms. Even in compact batching plants, users can choose between a skip hoist mechanism or a transfer conveyor for aggregate handling.

All SEMIX concrete batching plants are controlled by a SCADA system with integrated Schneider PLC. Users can track all materials used and integrate their CRM system. For service purposes, SEMIX’s engineering team can access the automation system online.
