SEMIX Mobil 100S4 is equipped with concrete mixers with a capacity of 3000/2000 liters, which can be single-shaft, twin-shaft, or mobile. SEMIX mobile concrete mixers utilize NiHard4 or Hardox 450 wear parts, depending on the silica ratio of the concrete formula.

All SEMIX aggregate hopper bins have a trapezoidal shape for exceptional strength. Aggregate bins can be loaded by wheel loaders using a single ramp. The aggregate is weighed on a weighing conveyor, which transfers the material onto a belt conveyor. There are two separate conveyors to ensure weighing accuracy and output, enabling higher concrete production rates.

All SEMIX concrete batching plants are operated by a SCADA system with integrated Schneider PLC. Users can monitor all used materials and integrate CRM systems. The SEMIX engineering team can provide online support by accessing the automation system remotely.
