The machine was developed and manufactured to perform the following operations automatically:
- Automatic loading and unloading of parts from/to the tool carrier line with a pick-and-place unit between the shaft ends.
- Turning of ring seats + facing of commutator + turning of commutator.
- Ring assembly – commutator side
- Ring assembly – drive end

The machine offers several production programs for manufacturing different parts. Each program clearly corresponds to a specific shaft type.
