The machine was developed and manufactured specifically for producing rotor shafts for electric power tools.

The machine is designed and engineered to automatically perform the following operations:
- Automatic part loading/unloading from/to the workpiece carrier line using a pick-and-place unit between the shaft ends.
- Turning of ring seats + facing of the commutator + turning of the commutator.
- Ring assembly – commutator side
- Ring assembly – drive wheel side

The machine features multiple production programs to manufacture various parts. Each program is tailored to a specific type of shaft.
