High data transfer rates of up to 10 Gbit/s Ethernet and new Power-over-Ethernet applications up to 90 W introduce a host of new challenges in the field of structured cabling. The NetXpert XG2 provides comprehensive active and passive network testing up to 10 Gbit/s for qualification, commissioning, and fault finding on copper and fiber optic cabling. Equipped with the largest touch display in its device class, the NetXpert XG2 ensures easy operation and a clear presentation of results. At the same time, it delivers maximum reliability through its unique combination of up to four different test methods for assessing data paths.

Flexible, upgradable model range – upgradeable from 1 to 10 Gbit/s

NetXpert XG2 and XG2-PLUS qualify twisted pair cabling from 1 to 10 Gbit/s. With their unique combination of four measurement methods, these devices test whether your cabling can transmit Ethernet up to 10 Gbit/s without errors.

The NetXpert XG2 is available in its basic version starting from 1 Gbit/s and is upgradeable up to 10 Gbit/s.

The NetXpert XG2-PLUS comes fully equipped to also qualify fiber optic cabling up to 10 Gbit/s.
